NITE LITE is an original italian disco-dance project with ’90s new wave british influences produced by SANGY. The band was composed of two musicians from Venice, David Mora and Massimo Filippi. A unique piece in terms of elegance and music glamour.
“In the years 1983/84 I was completely involved into funky music projects, such like “The Armed Gang”. But when I knew these two guys from Venice, with their visual elegance and music glamour, and listened to their demos, I decided to collaborate with them to create something new. From this collaboration was born NITE LITE an original music project with italian melodic lines, disco-dance rithm and british new wave influences. Absolutely original and today cult.”
The project called “NITE LITE” is in electronic italian disco-dance with strong influences from the new wave ’90s british sound.
NITE LITE is a band composed by two italian musicians, David Mora (keyboards) and Massimo Filippi (voice), both coming from the wonderful city of Venice.
The production consists of two single records. The first titled “Young men” published in 1983 and the second one “Baby don’t you know”, published in 1984.
To produce these songs, the duo has been supported as producer, guitarist and co-arranger, by SANGY (Maurizio Sangineto) with Sandy Dian as engineer at RG Studio.
This records, much appreciated from the critics, remain the unique productions of their activity together with the brand Nite Lite.
